May not get what you pay for We arrived in the morning for an anticipated excursion with Whale Sharks. The staff was very friendly and attentive to our questions concerning the outing. Once we made it out to target sight I could see the captain and mate searching with no success. I saw 15 other boats also searching and reporting no success based on a grid search. Sadly, nothing to see and that's where we felt we didn't get a good value for $$$. We went back to the shore and were given 15 minutes to snorkel 150' and then we were told to get back in the boat. The sandwiches were soggy as they were made many hours before they were served. Water bottles and bananas were always available during the 1 1/2 hour trip to Whale Shark target zone.

We joined Mexico Divers as a group of 3 from Australia. we spent 8 days diving and doing Sailfish experiences with this company and highly recommend them as a dive operator in Isla Mujeres. All staff were wonderful, very friendly and extremely helpful. The dive operation was extremely professional and the dive schedule was excellent for us.

Mexico Divers also organised a Cenote dive in the mainland as part of our dive package which we all really enjoyed.

The service and staff at Mexico Divers is simply exceptional. I would return to dive with these guys again in a heartbeat.

They took us out on NYE and we had a great time. We snorkeled, enjoyed the scenery, and swam. The ceviche was excellent and we loved the unlimited drinks. Raul and his crew provided us with 5 star service. We can't wait to book with Mexico Divers again when we return to Isla this summer! Victoria and all the guides at Mexico divers were amazing! Even before we arrived, Victoria talked with me by phone regarding my concerns . Then when we got to Cancun, we had several excursions panned with Mexico Divers. My college age kids went scuba diving twice and as a family we swam with whale sharks! Our guide was the first one to spot a whale shark and the first one to get people in the water. He was awesome! We loved everything about Mexico Divers and would highly recommend them to all our friends!!

Outstanding and ethical dive operation. After decades of diving with shops all over the world it's encouraging to find that there are still folks like these around. Very clean, well-maintained fleet of boats, great staff and solid communication. Also newer and well=cared for rental equipment. Highly recommend!
