Whale Shark snorkle We have used Mexico Divers service several times and always had a good experience. Tuesday June 27 was an amazing time. Six of us did a private whale watching tour with Sebastian and Kenny. There were excellent. It was a day we will cherish. I highly recommend their services. Great Dive Experience Mexico Divers is very easy to work with and catered to our needs. The weather wasn’t great the week we were there but it was good for a few days. We got our dives in and the Guide and Boat crew were amazing. Highly recommend Mexico Divers when visiting Isla Mujeres.

I booked online and from the moment I walked into their office I was treated like one of their dearest friends. Augustine's enthusiasm was so genuine it was contagious. Pretty as a picture yet still down to earth humble. She exuded warmth with all her interactions.
Claire's optimism made everything fun and bouncy. She had a knack for boosting my confidence, making me feel 10 foot tall at times.
One day I popped in needing a taxi, I met Misael for the first time and he was kind enough to book me a taxi as well as informing me it shouldn't be more than 100 pesos. Info I appreciated very much after my encounters with taxis in Cancun. I doubt he knew I used their services prior.
Raul was so so committed to everyone having the best experiences with the whale sharks and snorkeling. He was also compassionate and empathetic towards me after I had a mishap on the tour. Something that meant alot to me.
Luis on the boat was such an entertainer. He was pretty much able to make me chuckle everytime he opened his mouth.
Last but not least, I'd like to give a special mention to Victoria. I'd come back after my whale shark tour very disheartened. She was like a guardian angel who helped salvage the rest of my vacation. She told me about how good and affordable dentists are here and put me in touch with two that she knew. I'll be forever grateful for that. Thank you and right on 👊
Mexico Divers will be deeply imbedded into my memories of my time in Mexico. I read something on the wall about leaving as buddies/friends. They 100 percent delivered on that promise.

They took us out on NYE and we had a great time. We snorkeled, enjoyed the scenery, and swam. The ceviche was excellent and we loved the unlimited drinks. Raul and his crew provided us with 5 star service. We can't wait to book with Mexico Divers again when we return to Isla this summer! We booked a private boat rental for our clients and confirmed the arrival time for 9 am multiple times with Mexico Divers. Our clients arrived at 8:55 am but the boat was not there. When we contacted Mexico Divers, they stated they would be 10 minutes late but arrived 30 minutes later than communicated. Once they arrived, the captain told our clients that they were told the agenda was scheduled for the afternoon rather than 9 am. The captain also stated that he was completely unsure what service they were supposed to provide, even though we had confirmed via messenger and were available at the time to check. There seems to be major communication issues between the office and their staff.
The reasons communicated by the office for their lateness was due to maintenance, which is different than what was communicated to our clients by the captain. We later found out the office had indeed confused the reservation and were lying. Due to this unprofessionalism, we decided to cancel future services with this company. Yet after cancelling, Mexico Divers contacted us requesting payment despite cancelling the services, again via message. We had to resend them the exact message where we cancelled the service. Maybe they are more reliable if you book through the office but there are lots of great dive shops on Isla, choose someone who is trustworthy and transparent.
